1.These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the mutual rights and obligations of the operator of the website owned by DATE s. r. o., Company ID: 06701817, with its registered office at Braunerova 563/7, Postal Code: 180 00, Prague 8 - Libeň, and other related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or “Provider” or “SexMiss.com”) and its users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). A User is defined as any person who views, comments on, or otherwise consumes the content of SexMiss.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”).
2.SexMiss.com is focused on providing adult-oriented erotic content.
3.By using SexMiss.com, the User agrees to these Terms in their current version and confirms that they are an adult and legally competent. If the User does not agree with these Terms or does not meet the stated conditions, they are not permitted to visit or use SexMiss.com.
4.The User is not authorized to provide any services directly to other users. All contractual relationships with individual users are concluded solely by the Operator.
1.Content refers to text, visual, audiovisual, graphic, photographic, or similar material that can be downloaded, transmitted, forwarded, or modified in a perceptible form.
2.The User acknowledges that the use of certain services on SexMiss.com may be subject to fees.
3.It is strictly prohibited to upload or link to Content that depicts or incites the following activities: sexual intercourse with animals, incest, child pornography, adult babies (any form of age play involving infants), blood or any depiction thereof, rape/non-consensual sexual activity, extreme violence, mutilation, dismemberment, coprophilia (sexual gratification involving excrement), menstruation, defecation, or vomiting. Further details are governed by the website’s Ethical Code.
4.The responsibility for the lawfulness and appropriateness of the published Content lies with its author.
5.By publishing their Content on SexMiss.com, the author grants the Provider a free, time-unlimited, and geographically unrestricted license. The use of SexMiss.com and its Content for commercial purposes is only allowed with the permission of the Provider or an authorized representative.
6.Any breach of these Content-related provisions will be subject to legal enforcement.
1. Registration on SexMiss.com can be completed
a. by entering a combination of their own valid email address, chosen nickname and password, date of birth, and language/content preferences for the website.
2. Only such a User may register who
a. is an adult (aged 18 or 21, depending on the laws of the country),
b. is legally competent,
c. respects other Users,
d. complies with the laws of the country where SexMiss.com is operated.
3. By registering, the User gains the status of a registered user (hereinafter referred to as the “Registered User”), and access to their user account (hereinafter referred to as the “Registered Account” or “Account”).
Registered Account
1. A Registered Account is free of charge.
2. Access to the platform is entirely free; only the costs associated with internet connection, which are borne by the User, may apply.
3. There is no legal entitlement to a Registered Account.
4. Each User may have only one Registered Account.
5. Repeated account registration for the purpose of bypassing rules, inciting conflicts, revenge, or resolving a previously unresolved situation not ruled in the User’s favor is considered a serious violation and may result in the blocking of the User’s registration data.
6. Data in the Registered Account is entered and deleted by the Registered User at their own discretion; by registering on SexMiss.com, the user acknowledges that for legal and security reasons, the Provider does not interfere with or delete the entered data, even upon request by the User.
7. A change to the gender information of the Registered User is a special type of data that may require additional user verification; the Provider will request verification particularly if such a change raises doubts about the User’s identity or poses related security risks.
8. The Registered User may delete their Registered Account at any time.
9. The account can only be deleted through the user interface after logging in, requiring the entry of a valid password and a reason. Deletion is permanent.
10. If the User does not have an active and functional email address for password recovery, it will not be possible to reset the password for security reasons, even upon request to the Provider.
11. Forgotten or otherwise lost login credentials can only be recovered for security reasons by sending a request from the valid email address associated with the user account.
12. The Provider may delete a Registered Account at any time, even without giving a reason.
13. Even after account deletion, the Registered User remains legally responsible for actions taken while the account was active.
14. The Registered User is required not to provide account login credentials to unauthorized persons.
15. Each Registered User may upgrade their Registered Account to a verified account (hereinafter “Verified User”) upon fulfilling the necessary conditions.
16. If the Registered User exercises their right to delete their email address from SexMiss.com in accordance with Article VI of the Privacy Policy, the entire account will be irreversibly deleted, as an email address is essential for user registration.
17. If the User does not log into their account for 1 year, the account will be automatically deleted without the possibility of recovery.
18. By registering on SexMiss.com, the User acknowledges that the account cannot be irreversibly deleted immediately upon the User’s request for technical and legal reasons.
19. Deletion of the account does not affect the license granted by the User for Content or any uploaded Content.
Verified User Account
1. A Verified User Account is a Registered Account that has been verified
a. through a photograph of the Registered User,
b. through the Registered User’s personal identification document.
2. Verification via photograph requires the Registered User to:
a. write on an A4-sized or larger paper the current date, the name of the website “SexMiss.com”, and the nickname under which they are registered on SexMiss.com,
b. take a photo holding this A4 paper clearly visible and legible in their hand, with a gesture according to the provided instructions,
c. upload the resulting photograph to their Registered Account on SexMiss.com in the user settings under the “verification” tab,
d. ensure that the user’s face and part of their figure are clearly visible in the photograph, as per the instructions.
3. The User has no legal entitlement to verification. Verification may be denied, rejected, or accepted with reservation by the Provider and its staff. In such cases, the User will be asked to correct the issue, for example by submitting additional documents.
4. The photograph used for account verification must not be altered in any way.
5. Once verified, an account cannot be changed back to unverified status.
Chat Rules and Conduct
1. “Chat” refers to interaction through messages in text, visual, audiovisual, graphic, or photographic form between two users within the chat framework of SexMiss.com.
2. The Provider, persons authorized by them, or Administrators have the right to review chat conversations in case of alerts or complaints about user behavior in the chat. The Provider or Administrator will assess the behavior in accordance with SexMiss.com’s rules, and unacceptable conduct will be punished appropriately and within the limits of these Terms.
3. The User has no legal entitlement to verification. The Provider and its staff may reject, deny, or conditionally accept verification. In such cases, the User will be requested to remedy the issue, such as by submitting additional documents.
The chat administrator has the following tools available to remedy rule violations:
a. Warning: The User is warned about inappropriate conduct that violates the rules.
b. Permanent chat ban: The User is permanently banned from chat for behavior reported by another user and found by the administrator to be in violation of the Terms or the Ethical Code of SexMiss.com.
c. Temporary chat suspension: The User is temporarily denied access to chat features on SexMiss.com.
d. Deactivation / Blocking of user: The User has violated the Terms, the Ethical Code, or GDPR to such an extent that their profile is temporarily deactivated or blocked.
e. Account termination: In exceptional cases, a user’s account may be completely terminated if they repeatedly and seriously violate the General Terms and the Ethical Code.
4. The Administrator is required to properly justify the use of any tools for correcting user behavior; such tools may only be applied after prior warning to the User by the Administrator.
5. Impersonating an administrator or the website operator is considered a serious violation of the Terms.
6. It is strictly prohibited in chat to insult, attack, or discriminate based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or other criteria; to threaten violence; provoke arguments and disputes; share contact information; or offer/request erotic services or sex.
Disclaimer of Liability
The operator of SexMiss.com declares that no employment relationship arises between the operator and a user using the platform. The operator further states that the opinions of any individuals expressed on SexMiss.com may not reflect the views and positions of the Operator and therefore should not be considered as such.
The Operator also declares that despite all efforts and due diligence, it is not possible to monitor all user communications on the website. The Operator is not responsible for the behavior of individual users on the website, particularly for any activity that violates the law, infringes upon the rights of third parties, breaches copyright laws, or invades privacy and personal freedoms.
The Operator reserves the right to monitor communications, texts, and other content shared or published between users on SexMiss.com for the purpose of ensuring safety and compliance with the rules.
Referral Program Terms – Refer and Earn
1. All registered users on SexMiss.com who meet the conditions of the “Refer and Earn” campaign may participate.
2. Users may refer an unlimited number of new unregistered users to SexMiss.com. A new user is defined as someone who has not yet created any user account on SexMiss.com.
3. You will receive a reward when a user referred by you registers using your promo code or the link you sent, fulfills the profile or listing display requirements, and selects and pays for one of the offered Basic or Extra plans. If the referred user does not enter your code during registration or if the code is not manually added to their account settings, the reward cannot be granted.
4. The reward for a referred registered user who meets the conditions of the “Refer and Earn” campaign and pays for a future Basic plan, Extra plan, or listing (of any type) will be credited to your user account in the form of credits.
5. Conditions for receiving the reward: the minimum spend by the referred user on a plan or listing on SexMiss.com per month must be at least one paid Basic or Extra plan or listing (of any type) for 30 days. Plans not included in the reward system are Free plans. The referred user must have a good payment history (services must be paid for on time and in full). The rules for credit rewards are governed by the Credit System Rules.
6. Rewards in credits are automatically credited monthly in arrears from the time the referred user starts a paid plan until they switch to a Free plan. The user will receive notification via SMS or email.
7. Reward collection is unlimited unless the “Refer and Earn” campaign is ended or its conditions are changed. 8. To be eligible for a reward, you must have an active and approved user account (which means your account must not be deactivated, blocked, or deleted) for the entire duration of the “Refer and Earn” reward campaign, and also at the time when a reward is to be credited to your account.
9. We reserve the right to revoke any reward(s) credited to your user account in the form of credits if we find that you have violated the conditions of the “Refer and Earn” campaign or the General Terms and the Ethical Code of the SexMiss.com website, or in the case of any abuse.
10. By participating in the “Refer and Earn” program, you acknowledge that any reward may be subject to local income taxes in your country of residence and/or jurisdiction where you are a tax resident. It is your sole responsibility to pay any tax liability that may arise as a result of receiving such a reward. DATE s.r.o. accepts no responsibility for any tax obligations arising from the receipt of rewards under this program.
11. DATE s.r.o. (SexMiss.com) must process your personal data to fulfill its obligations under these terms of the “Refer and Earn” campaign. Further information on how we handle your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
12. SexMiss.com (DATE s.r.o.) reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time, with the changes taking effect upon being published on the website. If no later effective date is specified, the changes take immediate effect. The “Refer and Earn” reward is not guaranteed. SexMiss.com reserves the right to terminate the program without notice. The above terms do not establish any entitlement to rewards that arose before the program’s cancellation.
Credits – Credit System Rules
Definition of Credits
1. A credit refers to a prepaid, unspecified service on SexMiss.com, which is used by deducting from the credit balance of the credit holder.
2. A service refers to any service on SexMiss.com that requires credits for its purchase.
3. A virtual wallet is defined as a user account that contains at least 1 credit.
4. A credit holder is a user who has at least 1 credit in their user account.
5. A person becomes a credit holder only if they purchase credits themselves using their own funds and for their own account, in which case, under § 1724 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (“CC”), a contract for the purchase of credits is concluded with the provider SexMiss.com (the “Provider”).
6. A contract under point 5 is concluded at the moment the credit purchaser accepts the Provider’s offer by paying the specified purchase price using one of the payment methods offered by third parties.
7. A third party refers to a qualified payment intermediary under the current offer of the Provider.
Acquiring Credits
1. A user may acquire credits:
a. by purchasing them as defined in paragraph 5 of the credit definition,
b. by receiving them from another user (as a gift or sponsorship for content),
c. as a reward or compensation from the Provider, or
d. through their own uploaded content.
2. The exchange rate of credits to their monetary value is always specified in the corresponding transaction at the time of execution. Users are strictly prohibited from arbitrarily declaring their own exchange rates or recalculations, in any context on SexMiss.com.
3. For credit acquisitions in favor of a user as defined in point 1, the Provider is entitled to a fee of 20% of the value of the acquired credits, unless otherwise specified during the transaction.
4. Since the user is sufficiently informed before purchasing credits about the consequences of such action—including the ability to choose the desired amount—Section 583 et seq. of the Civil Code concerning mistake (error) does not apply to credits once acquired.
Transferring Credits
1. A credit holder may donate (transfer/sponsor) their credits to another user; the minimum transferable amount is 10 credits.
2. The transfer of credits does not result in the transfer of consumer rights and obligations from the original credit holder to the recipient.
3. A user who donates credits to another user does so voluntarily and at their own discretion. Therefore, the consequences of such actions cannot be claimed against the Provider.
4. It is prohibited to request deposits or payments for offered virtual services on SexMiss.com outside of the official SexMiss.com credit system.
5. A user who violates provision no. 4 has no right to claim invalidity of such action from the Provider, nor any potential compensation. This provision applies to both the recipient and the sender.

Using Credits
1. A credit holder may use credits to access services on SexMiss.com, with the price always specified for each individual service.
2. In the case of a complaint by a user regarding a service used on SexMiss.com, the user must proceed in accordance with the Complaints Policy (“Reklamační řád”).
3. Credits may never be used as payment for in-person meetings between users, particularly for erotic or other services.
Special Provisions on Retained Credits
1. Based on an individual decision by the Provider, certain users may be required to maintain a specific number of credits in their account (“Retained Credits”). If the user’s credit balance falls below the set minimum, access to parts of SexMiss.com may be restricted or the user may be fully blocked.
2. The Provider reserves the right to label users who are required to hold Retained Credits entirely at its discretion. This measure particularly applies in cases of: rule circumvention or violation, repeated fraudulent behavior, or problematic account history.
3. The requirement for Retained Credits, including the amount, may change depending on the user’s behavior and the Provider’s decision.

Final Provisions – Credits
1. The payout of credits in the form of financial means is governed by the Credit Payout Terms (translated from “Podmínky vyplácení finančních prostředků”).
2. If a user account is deleted at the user’s request or removed due to violation of SexMiss.com’s rules, all accumulated credits will be lost without entitlement to compensation.
3. The rights and obligations arising from these Credit System Rules are governed by Czech law.
4. The Provider reserves the right to change these Credit System Rules unilaterally and without prior notice.
Terms for Payout of Financial Funds
1. A user who has accumulated at least the number of credits specified in the current offer at https://www.SexMiss.com/cs/kre... may request their payout.
2. Before requesting payout via their user account, the user must:
a. verify their identity using an ID card, passport, or other qualified identification document,
b. verify their identity through a photograph (see “Verified User Account,” points 1–5),
c. enter into a License Agreement with the Provider for the content the user has uploaded, is uploading, or will upload to the SexMiss.com server, even if no new content is being uploaded,
d. agree to the General Terms and Conditions,
e. fill out and agree to the Account Statement.
3. The exchange rate for credits is defined at the time of payout, and the current rate is published before each transaction at https://www.SexMiss.com/cs/kre....
4. Financial payouts can only be made to the user’s own account. Payouts to third-party accounts are not permitted.
5. It is strictly prohibited to abuse the credit system, especially by arbitrarily charging and withdrawing credits within the same account.
6. A user who uses the practices described above may be required by the Provider to provide clarification and evidence. If this is not provided or is found to be insufficient, the user’s account may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.
7. Credits in the form of financial funds are paid within 7 days from the user’s withdrawal request, unless a different deadline is specified by the user. 8. A user who wishes to change the designated bank account for payout must provide proof of ownership of that account and a valid reason for the change. Otherwise, the account change request will be denied.
9. There is no legal entitlement to the payout of credits in the form of financial funds.
10. SexMiss.com and its authorized personnel may investigate the origin of a user’s acquired credits at any time during the payout process. In cases of doubt, they may request further information, documents, or other evidence in the user’s favor. If the user fails to respond to such requests, the payout of credits in the account may be temporarily or permanently blocked.
11. Credit payout may also be denied if potentially harmful or otherwise problematic activity is detected in the user’s profile.
User Declaration
1. A user who successfully meets the conditions stated in these terms for financial payout also declares that:
• they will not use the received funds for illegal purposes, such as financing terrorism or organized crime;
• they will report the income from activities on SexMiss.com timely and properly to the relevant tax and financial authorities of their country, and they understand that neither SexMiss.com nor its employees are responsible for fulfilling the user’s legal obligations;
• they are aware of the consequences that may arise if they violate these financial payout terms, the General Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws—whether knowingly or unknowingly, intentionally or through negligence or omission.
2. The user further declares that:
• if their income from activities on SexMiss.com exceeds EUR 10,000 or its equivalent in CZK within the past 12 months, and/or
• if they are paid more than twice in the past 30 days,
they will request registration in the trade or business register in accordance with the laws of their country and provide SexMiss.com with an excerpt from the relevant register as proof of successful registration.
3. The user acknowledges that if the requirement stated in section 2 is not fulfilled, the payout from SexMiss.com may be withheld until the user complies with the obligation.
Rights and Obligations of the Provider
1. The Provider, as well as persons authorized by the Provider, reserve the right to monitor user accounts, user behavior, and content for the purpose of ensuring safety on SexMiss.com.
2. If the Provider or its authorized person finds a violation of the stated rules, the account may be deactivated, blocked, or permanently deleted without stating a reason.
3. The Provider is not obligated to inform the user of the reasons for the deletion of their account.
4. The Provider reserves the right to ignore any appeal or communication from a user who disagrees with or did not accept a previous resolution of a given situation.
5. The Provider may at any time request the verification of a Registered User’s identity through an ID or other identification document, in the interest of safety and in accordance with legal regulations. If the user does not respond or refuses to comply, the account may be restricted or permanently deleted. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure their account is verified for safety reasons.
6. The Provider or their authorized personnel exclusively decide whether any content on SexMiss.com will be published or not.
7. If a user provides an invalid email address, the Provider reserves the right to delete the created account.
8. By registering on SexMiss.com, the user consents to receive marketing messages and newsletters from the Provider. The user can revoke this consent at any time.
9. A part of the services on SexMiss.com includes content personalization and advertising based on user behavior and sending information about the Provider’s services. 10. The Provider is obligated to report any suspicious or otherwise harmful user behavior to the relevant criminal law enforcement authorities, particularly the Police of the Czech Republic, and may do so without prior notice.
Provider’s Guarantee
1. The Provider does not guarantee the harmlessness or legality of the Content.
2. In the event that a paid service becomes unavailable for more than 24 hours, the Provider will compensate the User in the form of an extension of display time.
3. Refunds are subject to individual evaluation by the Provider.
4. There is no legal entitlement to a refund.

User Rights and Responsibilities
1. The User has the right to delete their uploaded Content at any time.
2. The User is obliged to respect and follow the rules of SexMiss.com and the laws of the Czech Republic. In particular, the User must:
a. not offer, provide, or accept sexual services for payment (as per § 189 of the Criminal Code),
b. not upload or promote Content involving violence, disrespect to people, depiction of sexual acts with animals (§ 191),
c. not offer or use substances considered illegal by applicable regulations (§ 287), including indirectly via profile descriptions or nicknames,
d. not intentionally spread diseases considered dangerous and infectious (§ 152, § 153),
e. not open or click suspicious or malicious hyperlinks received from other users,
f. report suspicious or inappropriate behavior of other users in accordance with these terms.
3. The User must provide truthful and non-misleading information about themselves, especially regarding their origin or identity.
4. If these conditions are violated, the Provider has the right to deactivate, block, or permanently delete the user’s account.
5. In case of account suspension or deletion due to violation of these rules, the User is not entitled to any compensation for prepaid services.
6. A User who uses a VPN or any service that hides their country of origin, IP address, or access identity is not entitled to compensation if such use causes SexMiss.com features to malfunction.
Additional Provisions
1. By uploading content to SexMiss.com, the Registered User grants the Provider an exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, geographically and temporally unlimited license to the uploaded Content.
2. Fees for services on SexMiss.com are governed by the current price list of the Provider.
3. Every User of SexMiss.com is authorized to use its Content only for personal purposes.
4. Copying or distributing Content without the Provider’s consent is prohibited.
5. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service (TOS) with additional rules, especially those regulating the Ethical Code and Privacy Policy of SexMiss.com.
6. The Provider reserves the right to monitor uploaded Content.
7. Legal relationships arising from the use of SexMiss.com are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
8. Complaints about services provided by SexMiss.com are handled in accordance with § 13 and § 19 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended.
9. The Provider is in no way liable for in-person meetings between users and for any consequences arising from such meetings. The Provider is not responsible for organizing such meetings.
10. The Provider is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or misleading information entered by the User and/or for material submitted by the User without appropriate authorization.
Complaints and Claims Policy
1. A user who wishes to exercise their right to make a complaint regarding services on SexMiss.com must do so exclusively via the contact form available at [Contact] (“Quick Contact”).
2. Due to the volume of requests and technical reasons, any other method of contact cannot be considered a valid complaint channel—this includes communication outside the user account or contact via other means.
3. In the Quick Contact form, the user must specify exactly what they are complaining about and include visual, screenshot, audiovisual, or other proof to support their claim.
4. For security reasons and to prevent misuse of user accounts, the user must provide their full name, contact email, and phone number when filing a complaint.
5. The Provider has 30 days to process the complaint from the day it is received. Based on legal standards, the Provider may:
a. fully accept and resolve the complaint in favor of the User,
b. partially accept the complaint, or
c. fully reject the complaint.
6. Once a complaint has been processed, it cannot be resubmitted for the same issue. The Provider reserves the right not to respond to repeat complaints about the same matter.
7. Complaints regarding technical issues (e.g. missing credits, access problems) must be submitted no later than 48 hours after purchase. If submitted later, the Provider reserves the right to reject the complaint without compensation.
8. If the User strongly disagrees with the outcome of a complaint, they may file an appeal with the legal department of SexMiss.com by email to info@SexMiss.com.
9. In the appeal, the User must provide:
• the complaint number, submission date, and resolution outcome,
• the reason for disagreement, and
• the proposed acceptable solution.
10. The legal department of the Provider has 30 days to respond to the appeal. The decision of the legal department is final.
11. In accordance with § 20e letter d) of the Consumer Protection Act, consumer disputes may also be resolved by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
Contest Rules – from October 18, 2024 to April 5, 2025
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1 The purpose of these contest rules is to set binding conditions under which the “Register” contest (hereinafter referred to as “Register” or “contest”) organized by the Organizer will take place.
1.2 The relationship between the Organizer and the Contestants is governed by these Contest Rules.
2. Definition of Terms
2.1 The contest is organized by DATE s.r.o., ID No.: 06701817, based at Braunerova 563/7, Postal Code: 180 00, Prague 8 – Libeň (hereinafter “SexMiss.cz” or the “Organizer”). The contest is held from March 28, 2025 to April 5, 2025.
2.2 The condition for participation is registration on the SexMiss.com website by completing the first step of creating a user account. Fake registrations or multiple registrations by the same person are not allowed. Registration and all provided information must comply with the General Terms and Conditions and the Ethical Code of the SexMiss.com website.
2.3 A contestant is a user who participates in the contest. Participation in the contest implies full agreement with the contest rules and conditions.
2.4 The winners of the contest are the Users who fulfill the contest conditions and are drawn.
2.5 The results of the contest will be announced and published by the Organizer and governed by these Contest Rules.
2.6 The official start of the contest is considered to be October 18, 2024.
2.7 The official end of the contest is considered to be April 5, 2025.
2.8 Users with winning user accounts will receive valuable prizes in the form of gift vouchers from a partner eshop:
• 1st place: CZK 3000
• 2nd place: CZK 1500
• 3rd place: CZK 500
3. General Rules
3.1 All Users who agree with these Contest Rules may participate, except employees or collaborators of the Organizer and their family members.
3.2 Each individual who falls into one of the following contest categories may enter:
• 18+ or 21+ years of age, depending on legal regulations of their country.
3.3 The registration must be completed and submitted no later than April 5, 2025 at 00:00 via SexMiss.com.
3.4 The user account must be completely filled in.
3.5 A participant becomes an active Contestant upon fulfilling the conditions set by the Contest.
3.6 Prizes are delivered to Winners by the Organizer within 30 days, either by email or to the address provided by the Winner. The Winner is responsible for accepting delivery.
3.7 If the prize cannot be delivered due to the Winner’s fault, the prize is forfeited to the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered notifications or prizes.
3.8 There is no legal claim to a prize and it cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.
3.9 Prizes cannot be enforced through legal action.

4. Contestant Rights and Obligations
4.1 Contestants declare their participation is voluntary.
4.2 Winners must provide the Organizer with complete and accurate contact details necessary to receive the prize.
4.3 The Winner must respond to the Organizer’s notification within 30 business days. Failure to do so voids their claim to the prize.
4.4 If a Winner fails to respond, the prize passes to a substitute Winner selected by the Organizer.
4.5 Contestants must not violate applicable Czech laws or cause harm to the Organizer or partners.

5. Organizer’s Rights and Obligations
5.1 The Organizer will select the Winners from valid registrations on May 6, 2025.
Prizes:
• 1st place: gift voucher to sexshop.cz worth CZK 5,000
• 2nd place: voucher worth CZK 3,000
• 3rd place: voucher worth CZK 2,000
5.2 The Organizer will fulfill their obligation by sending the prize to the contact provided.
5.3 The Organizer is not responsible for any damage the prize may cause.
5.4 The Organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Contest without prior notice in case of serious or unforeseen events.
6. Personal Data
6.1 By participating in the contest, the Contestant gives their consent to the Organizer to process their personal data for the purpose of organizing the contest and to the extent necessary for this purpose, in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, and Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended.
The Organizer is authorized to process the personal data provided by the Contestant for the duration of the Contest and for a reasonable time after its end, but no longer than three months after the Contest ends. The Contestant has the right to request access to their personal data in writing, including information about what data is being processed. If their rights are violated, they may request an explanation or corrective action from the Organizer or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The Contestant acknowledges their rights under §§ 11 and 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., especially that providing personal data is voluntary and that consent can be withdrawn at any time free of charge.
They also have the right to request data correction, blocking, or deletion. Withdrawal of consent must be submitted in writing to the address of the company.
In such a case, the Contestant loses the right to claim the prize, unless the contest has already ended.
7. Final Provisions
7.1 These Contest Rules are created in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the Czech Republic. By participating in the contest, the User confirms they have been demonstrably informed of these terms and agree to comply with them.
7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to change and/or supplement these Contest Rules and will notify Users of such changes via announcements on its website.
7.3 The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules and/or terms of the contest at any time, including changing the duration of the contest or terminating it without compensation, with effect from the date of publication on its website.
7.4 The contest is organized by the company DATE, s. r. o., on its own initiative.
7.5 These Contest Rules are valid from October 18, 2024.

Transitional and Final Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) are effective as of October 18, 2024.
2. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the T&C.
3. These T&C are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
4. In case of any discrepancy between the different language versions of these T&C, the Czech version shall prevail.
